On Sunday 11th September our U9s competed at the Kent Super 8s finals at the county ground in Beckenham.
The boys played really well and ended up coming 4th out of the 24 teams that had made the finals day, over 80 teams entered.
We won our group quite comfortably and then beat a spirited Cranbrook team in the quarter finals. The semi final against Bromley was a close affair which we lost by 1 run.
Well done to all the boys - Aadi, Artie, Bo, Callum, Elliott, Harry, Hugo, Lucas and Oscar - who represented the club so well, the right kind of enthusiasm and sportsmanship and a credit to their parents, so proud of them all.
